Unless a product page says otherwise, we ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to every country; if you need delivery outside the UK, ask on the contact page and we will confirm or refuse, including any customs, VAT, and export rules you must follow.
Available services (for example standard, courier, or pallet) and the price you pay for carriage are those shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation for that order. That price, any estimated delivery time (working days, etc.), and the level of service (e.g. kerb-only) are the ones that apply, unless we contact you to agree a change (for example, if a quotation was needed for a very large machine).
Any delivery date is an estimate unless we have said in writing that a date is a firm commitment. Delays can happen (carrier backlog, stock, or force majeure). If a delay is significant, we will try to let you know using the contact details you gave us, and you may have the rights set out in law, including the right in some cases to treat the contract as at an end. Ask us if you are not sure; do not reject a parcel on your own first without our agreement where that could affect a claim.
Inspect parcels when you can. If the outer pack is badly damaged, you may want to sign “damaged” and photograph the item with the driver present where possible, then tell us the same day with the order number. Short or wrong items must be reported in line with the instructions we or the carrier give you, usually within a few days, so that we can claim from the carrier if needed.
Unless the checkout says so, we are not offering unloading, siting, or electrical installation of heavy equipment for free. Those are separate services. If you need a lift, crane, or qualified installer, we can discuss options: contact us.
